• Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Review project plans and ensure compliance with specifications and building codes.
• Manage materials, equipment, and resources to optimize efficiency.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders and management.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
