• Manage daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during construction.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints to ensure accurate execution.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets established standards.
• Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges promptly and effectively.
