Job Description



  • Lead all on-site construction activities and subcontractor coordination


  • Interpret and execute construction drawings and documents


  • Ensure schedule adherence, safety compliance, and quality control


  • Communicate regularly with project management and clients

The Successful Applicant

You're an experienced Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years in commercial construction. You're confident running jobs independently, deeply familiar with reading and interpreting plans, and ideally, have NYC DOB experience. You're proactive, reliable, and bring a calm, solutions-oriented approach to the field.
