Superintendent - Commercial Construction - RI

• Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the job site.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present progress reports to project managers and clients.
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and change orders.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration among all team members on-site.
