Additionally they also offer the rare opportunity of joining a well retained team, as their average employee tenure is about 15 years.If you are looking for an opportunity with a great company atmosphere, while also having the ability to be a part of a field team without micromanagement, this opportunity is for you!Please apply now for immediate consideration, or reach out to Davis Fallon directly at 617-824-2689!Job DescriptionLead Superintendent - Commercial Construction - Southeast Travel will be responsible for:Establishes staging plans and manages site logistics and workflow.Reviews subcontractor scopes of work, submittals and invoices and provides feedback to Project Manager for compliance and coordination.Assists Project Manager in job cost reporting and budget control.Collaborates with Project Manager in maintaining and updating construction schedules to identify and solve problems in pre-construction meetings prior to mobilization.Prepares daily reports, safety reports, schedules and supervises completion of final punch lists.Orders materials and schedules inspections as required or needed.Assists with recruiting and hiring needs. Trains field crew members, project engineers and junior superintendents and conducts safety orientations.Promotes job site safety and ensures employees and contractors are adhering to the company safety policy and regulatory requirements.
