Job Description



  • Oversee day-to-day field operations for multiple commercial construction projects.


  • Supervise subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure productivity and quality.


  • Maintain and enforce project schedules, budgets, and safety protocols.


  • Conduct daily site inspections, quality checks, and progress reports.


  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients to resolve field issues.


  • Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, local codes, and company policies.


  • Maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports, RFIs, and submittals.

The Successful Applicant



  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects in Florida.


  • Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, and field coordination.


  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.


  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.


  • OSHA certification preferred; prior experience managing multiple projects simultaneously is a plus.
