Superintendent - Commercial Construction

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle
• Manage a team of construction workers and subcontractors
• Ensure safety regulations and building codes are adhered to
• Coordinate with project managers and other construction professionals
• Report project progress to stakeholders
• Maintain budget and schedule accuracy
• Resolve on-site issues and emergencies
• Conduct quality control procedures to ensure high-quality work
