Job Description

  • Manage and supervise construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring timely completion
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality standards
  • Experience running projects $5M-$10M
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and construction team members
  • Conduct site safety checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Communicate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals
  • Resolve any problems that may arise during the construction process
  • Prepare and submit project reports
  • Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are in place

  • Experience running projects $5M-$10M
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in overseeing construction projects
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
