About Our Client

They're currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
  • Enforce safety standards and conduct regular site safety meetings
  • Monitor project schedules and progress, reporting updates to the Project Manager
  • Conduct quality control inspections and resolve field issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate daily logs, reports, and site documentation
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment on-site

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or residential construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project timelines
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam)
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
