Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day operations on the job site from start to finish.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain project schedules and communicate progress with project managers.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
  • Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
  • Proven experience managing ground-up and/or renovation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and building codes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software is a plus.
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred.
