Job Description

Manage on-site activities to ensure construction projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Oversee subcontractors, trades, and labor to maintain high-quality standards.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly.
Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper inventory management.
Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.
Ensure proper documentation of project progress and report updates to the management team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Commercial Construction should have:

Proven experience managing commercial construction projects in the business services industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
Ability to identify and solve problems efficiently on-site.
Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
