Job Description

  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with goals.
  • Monitor construction progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Manage site operations, subcontractors, and schedules.
  • Collaborate with Project Executives and internal teams using tools like Procore, CMIC, Bluebeam, BuildPro, and ASTA/P6.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local subcontractors and vendors.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in construction management or a related.
  • 5+ years experience as Superitnendent on ground up commercial construction projects
  • Experience managing construction projects from start to finish.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
