Superintendent - Commercial & Healthcare/Labs

• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth workflow.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
• Manage site inspections and address any issues or concerns promptly.
• Assist in resource planning, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among on-site staff.
• Identify and resolve potential challenges to keep projects on track.
