As they continue to expand our presence in the Washington DC Metro Area, they are seeking a dedicated Superintendent with experience in overseeing commercial interiors projects, particularly within the corporate office sector.Job DescriptionLead the on-site construction team and ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and maintain project schedules.Manage subcontractors and ensure they meet project requirements and safety standards.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel on-site.Keep accurate records of project activities, including daily logs, progress reports, and any changes or deviations from plans.Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to provide project updates and address concerns.Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
