Job Description

Superintendent - Commercial/ Multifamily - Weymouth, MA - Responsibilities

Manage construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Supervise and collaborate with project teams (including Project Managers, Assistant Superintendents, and APMs).
Ensure compliance with safety standards and effectively manage onsite operations.
Foster a positive team dynamic and strong communication across all project stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

Superintendent - Commercial/ Multifamily - Weymouth, MA - Will have

10-15 years of relevant construction experience, particularly in multifamily, residential, and commercial projects.
Proven track record of independently managing projects, with a deep understanding of scheduling, safety, and quality control.
Strong communication skills, with an ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, and other relevant construction technologies.
