Superintendent- Commercial- New Hampshire

• Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly.
• Provide clear communication and updates to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to ensure accuracy and adherence.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are being met.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams, fostering a productive and cooperative work environment.
