Superintendent - Commercial TI

• Plan, schedule, and oversee all aspects of commercial tenant improvement projects.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and onsite teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project budgets and timelines, addressing any potential delays proactively.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes.
• Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to provide updates.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and adherence to project specifications.
• Resolve any onsite issues or challenges efficiently to maintain project flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project progress, changes, and reports.
