Superintendent - Commercial

• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
• Direct field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule.
• Implement and enforce safety program, and comply with all safety regulations.
• Ensure construction project complies with all building codes and other legal requirements.
• Maintain construction schedule and identify and solve problems.
• Preserve positive relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers and other employees.
• Prepare, schedule and supervise completion of final punch list.
• Promote job site cleanliness and assist with the final project clean up.
