The Superintendent will lead ground‑up commercial and multifamily projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination on sites ranging from $3-8M and up to $20M. This role is with a growing, collaborative Alpharetta‑based GC where you'll have autonomy, direct client interaction, and a supportive team environment.

Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of commercial and retail construction projects from start to finish.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and onsite teams to maintain seamless operations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing updates and addressing concerns.
  • Resolve any project-related issues promptly to avoid delays or disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
