Their projects generally range from $2M to $10M+ in value. They are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their team for several upcoming projects in the Fredericksburg area.Job DescriptionAttending weekly subcontractor and owner/architect meetings.Supervising daily construction activities and ensuring quality control of all subcontractors.Monitoring site safety protocols.Assisting with quality control oversight.Assisting with field office document control.Assisting in creating look-ahead schedules.Coordinating field efforts between trades to achieve timely and profitable completion in strict accordance with contract documents, specifications, laws, and safety requirements.Effectively communicating relevant project information to superiors.Tracking manpower and completing daily reports.Monitoring and tracking site deliveries.Partnering with the Project Manager to maintain an updated and accurate project schedule that reflects changes in project status and meets the cost and time requirements of the project.Verifying that all materials, equipment, and installations comply with approved submittals and contract documentsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
