If you share our values and are passionate about delivering high-quality construction projects, we invite you to join our team.Job DescriptionSuperintendent for commercial ground up projects in Los Angeles will do the following:Plan and coordinate project activities inline with company polices and proceduresPartner with client from preconstruction phase through closeoutDirect the support staff and coordinate with field crews and superintendents to ensure on time project deliveryCommunicate effectively, establish and foster relationships with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractorsResponsible for forecasting and estimating costs changes for project completionEnsure safety protocols are being adhered to on the job siteWork directly with the project managers to prepare schedules, organize the structure, select staff, and handle the construction equipment.Direct and control the project to ensure specifications and guidelines are metContact, schedule and coordinate all subcontractors, suppliers, and utilities.Assist in the activities of the project manager/engineer.Hold job site meetings with project managers and the regional manager.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
