Superintendent - Construction - New York, New York

• Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflows.
• Monitor project progress and implement adjustments to avoid delays or budget overruns.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and protocols on the construction site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to stakeholders.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success.
