Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment for all site personnel.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure accuracy in execution.
  • Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly and effectively.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure all work meets established standards.
  • Foster strong working relationships with clients, architects, and engineers.
