• Oversee daily operations of retail construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
• Conduct on-site inspections to maintain quality control and safety standards.
• Manage and resolve any on-site issues or delays efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and designers to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams on-site.
