Superintendent - Construction - New York, New York

• Manage daily on-site construction operations to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless workflow.
• Oversee compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the construction site.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise promptly.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available and utilized efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to design and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to management and stakeholders.
• Maintain strong communication with clients and provide updates as required.
