Job Description

Manage on-site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Coordinate and oversee subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects.
Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any delays or cost overruns proactively.
Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment on project goals.
Prepare and submit daily reports detailing project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
Inspect work to ensure it meets specifications and company standards.
Identify and resolve potential risks or issues that may impact project success.

A successful Superintendent - Construction should have:

Proven expertise in managing construction projects within the property industry.
Strong leadership skills to supervise and motivate teams effectively.
Comprehensive knowledge of safety regulations and construction best practices.

Ability to manage project schedules and budgets efficiently.
Experience using construction management software and tools.
