• Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain smooth project progression.
• Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as needed to achieve objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the job site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs and progress reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams to promote a productive and cohesive work environment.
