Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities from start to finish.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain project timelines.
  • Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with local building codes.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project managers on-site.
  • Resolve issues quickly to keep projects on track and maintain client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or residential construction.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project schedules.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and technology is a plus.
