One of the most prestigious general contractors in Chicago is seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage high-end corporate office interior projects. This is a confidential search for a firm recognized for delivering exceptional quality and innovative solutions in the commercial construction space.

Job Description

  • Manage day-to-day field operations for corporate office interior projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain schedules and quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in corporate interiors/office construction.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, high-end office build-outs.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Must be local to the Chicagoland area.
