Job Description

  • Manage and oversee all aspects of construction projects within correctional facilities.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  • Prepare and present regular project updates to key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction.
