Job Description

Oversee day‑to‑day construction of high‑end custom homes up to 30,000 sq. ft.
Manage project schedules, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and daily workflows.
Interpret and manage construction plans, drawings, structures, MEPs, and high‑end finishes.
Ensure seamless communication with stakeholders, including coworkers, subcontractors, and high‑profile clients.
Partner closely with leading local architects.
Maintain strong site safety and compliance standards.
Represent the company professionally in all homeowner, architect, and vendor interactions.

The Successful Applicant

Experience: Solid background in luxury custom home construction with top local builders.
Local Knowledge: Direct experience building in West Palm Beach and/or Jupiter Island.
Technical Skills: Strong comprehension of structures, MEPs, plans, drawings, interiors, and high‑end finishes.
Soft Skills: Excellent communicator, easy to work with, and confident engaging with high‑end clients.
Tenure: Someone who values long‑term commitment and stability.
Education: No degree required - experience is what matters here.
