Job Description

Oversee all on-site operations for ground-up custom homes valued at $7M+.
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, artisans, and specialty trades.
Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
Manage high-end finish work, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Conduct regular site meetings with owners, architects, designers, and consultants.
Enforce jobsite safety and maintain clean, organized, high-end presentation standards.
Proactively resolve field issues to maintain project timelines and client satisfaction.
Oversee inspections, punch lists, and project closeout to ensure flawless delivery.

The Successful Applicant

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent delivering ground-up luxury custom homes valued at $7M and above.
Deep understanding of high-end residential construction means, methods, and sequencing.
Experience managing intricate architectural details, premium materials, and custom finishes.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with homeowners and design teams.
Proven ability to manage schedules and multiple trades in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Stable work history with reputable custom home builders in South Florida preferred.
