Job Description

Superintendent - Custom Residential - Boston, MA - Responsibilities



  • Lead and supervise construction projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met on time and within budget.


  • On larger projects (over $1M), take on the role of a typical Superintendent, managing teams and overseeing all aspects of the construction process.


  • For smaller projects (under $1M), take a more hands-on role when necessary, assisting with carpentry or other manual tasks as needed.


  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, and budgets, ensuring the timely completion of custom residential renovations.


  • Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations.

The Successful Applicant

Superintendent - Custom Residential - Boston, MA - Will have



  • 2-5 years of experience in a Superintendent role within the custom residential construction industry.


  • A background in carpentry is highly preferred.


  • MA Construction Supervisors License (MA-CSL) is required.


  • Experience with high-end residential renovations, including projects under $5M.


  • Ability to commute into Boston and its immediate suburbs for work.
