Job Description

  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Monitor compliance with safety standards and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflows.
  • Review and interpret construction documents to ensure adherence to project plans.
  • Coordinate inspections and address any issues to meet quality standards.
  • Maintain detailed project logs, reports, and documentation.
  • Resolve on-site conflicts and provide guidance to construction teams as needed.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders effectively.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of Commercial Construction experience
  • Class A Office Experience
  • OSHA 30 training
  • CPR and First Aid training certificate
  • Certified training in safety related topics
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
