Job Description

Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor compliance with safety standards and ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain efficient workflows.
Review and interpret construction documents to ensure adherence to project plans.
Coordinate inspections and address any issues to meet quality standards.
Maintain detailed project logs, reports, and documentation.
Resolve on-site conflicts and provide guidance to construction teams as needed.
Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders effectively.
