Superintendent - Data Canter Construction

• Oversee all on-site operations for ground-up data center construction projects from start to completion.
• Manage project schedules, manpower, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Enforce strict safety, quality, and compliance standards in line with company and client expectations.
• Coordinate daily with project managers, engineers, and clients to maintain progress and resolve issues.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and alignment with project goals.
• Lead site meetings, track milestones, and provide clear documentation and reporting.
• Foster collaboration among field teams and trade partners to maintain efficiency and productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement and uphold standards for mission-critical environments.
