Job Description

  • Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality expectations, and project schedules.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
  • Carry out site inspections, address issues as they arise, and ensure work complies with project requirements.
  • Keep project managers and stakeholders informed with regular progress updates to maintain alignment.
  • Travel to different project sites as required, often remaining on location for extended periods.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experienced superintendent in industrial or commercial construction, ideally data centers
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
  • Proficient in reading blueprints, schedules, and project specifications
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Willing to travel extensively and stay on-site long-term
