Superintendent - Denver, CO

• Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and on-site staff to ensure effective communication and execution of tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders.
• Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to meet project goals.
• Manage and supervise the performance of subcontractors and laborers.
• Ensure quality control throughout the construction process.
