Job Description

  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities and personnel.
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to meet project requirements.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and clients.
