Employees are encouraged to contribute ideas for continuous improvement, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Job DescriptionTrain and supervise employeesKnowledgeable of contract documents required for proper planning of construction staffing, sequencing, and subcontractor coordinationCoordinate with Pre-construction Services while preparing estimates, buyout regarding methods, systems, schedule, and general conditions.Monitor and delegate team members with tasks from the beginning to end phases of project.Create and execute pre-planning activities for project with subcontractors to ensure coordinated efforts.Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems regarding methods or materials.Inspect in progress work to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and the adherence to construction schedules.Document on-sight activities in daily reports, including verbal directives, progress pictures, delays, weather conditions, and on site manpowerDevelop a detailed construction phase schedule for the project and update it weekly to ensure that critical path activities and milestones are being achieved.
