Superintendent (DOB License) - Construction - New York

• Manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop and maintain project schedules.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Monitor job progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with New York City Department of Buildings (DOB) regulations.
• Oversee site safety and address any potential hazards promptly.
• Review and approve daily reports, timesheets, and project documentation.
• Resolve issues that may arise during the construction process.
