Job Description

  • Supervise all on-site activities for interior construction projects in Downtown Boston.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, making adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and financial goals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction to minimize delays and costs.
