Job Description

My client is seeking a Superitendent with substantial experience in the construction industry, particularly in high-end interior projects.

  • Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to high standards of quality and safety.
  • Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and clients to address challenges and streamline project progress.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure all personnel adhere to industry and company safety standards.
  • Manage project documentation, site logistics, and scheduling to optimize project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

The Construction Superintendent will possess:

  • 5+ years experience as a superintendent
  • OSHA 30 and Mass CSL
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Familiarity with construction management software and ability to read and interpret blueprints.
  • Downtown Boston interiors experience is a must!
