About Our Client

Our Client is a long-established federal construction contractor with a 119-year history of delivering complex, mission-critical projects across the U.S. and internationally. Headquartered in the Southeast with satellite offices in the Northeast and several operational hubs overseas, they support federal partners through both ground-up facilities and intricate renovation programs, including secure, occupied, and historically sensitive sites.

The culture is rooted in transparency, teamwork, and hands-on leadership. The company holds quarterly in-person meetings, encourages open communication between field and leadership, and maintains small, high-performing project teams-typically including a Project Manager, Superintendent, Safety professional, Project Engineer, and QCM.

Their field teams describe the company as a place where people are supported, heard, and treated like family. Leadership is accessible, decisions are made quickly, and career growth is prioritized.
