As Superintendent, you will oversee all aspects of on-site construction, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You will work closely with a dedicated team including a Project Manager, Safety Officer, and Quality Control Manager.

Job Description

The Superintendent - Federal Projects - National Travel will:

  • Enforce all safety policies and address violations among employees and subcontractors.
  • Ensure project completion through the Quality Management System.
  • Set and communicate production objectives with trade partners.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to create and update project schedules, including 3-week look-aheads.
  • Maintain compliance with USACE EM385-1-1 safety standards

The Successful Applicant

The Superintendent - Federal Projects - National Travel will have:

  • 10+ years in federal construction (15+ preferred), including historical renovation.
  • U.S. Citizen (required for federal projects).
  • Strong understanding of hazard identification and safety compliance.
  • RMS, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally for future projects.

  • Base Salary: $110K-$200K (depending on level) + car allowance.
  • Bonus: Performance-based, approx. 10%.
