Superintendent - Federal - Traveling

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and timeline goals.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
• Conduct regular site meetings to address project progress and resolve any on-site challenges.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and federal construction regulations.
• Assist in project planning and provide input on cost estimations and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients and team members.
• Travel as required to project locations across the Midwest City region and beyond.
