Superintendent - GC and Developer

• Manage day-to-day field operations and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff to maintain schedule and quality.
• Enforce safety standards and conduct regular site inspections.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and communicate updates to the Project Manager.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and logs.
• Build strong relationships with clients, inspectors, and stakeholders.
