Job Description

  • Oversee daily field operations for ground‑up and interior Class A office, healthcare, and higher education projects
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, inspections, and site logistics
  • Enforce jobsite safety standards and quality control procedures
  • Maintain project schedules and proactively address field challenges
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers, architects, and owners
  • Lead jobsite meetings and serve as the primary on‑site authority

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent on both ground‑up and interior renovation projects
  • Background in Class A office, healthcare, and/or higher education construction
  • Strong knowledge of sequencing, MEP coordination, and finishes
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents and schedules
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • OSHA certification preferred
