Superintendent - Ground-Up Casino Build (Salem, NH)

As Superintendent, you'll oversee all on-site operations for a high-profile casino project, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence. You'll coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and serve as the primary point of contact for field activities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day site operations for a ground-up casino project
• Manage subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with plans/specs
• Oversee sitework and façade installation with a focus on quality control
• Maintain project schedule and proactively resolve delays
• Enforce safety standards and conduct regular site inspections
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders for seamless execution
• Utilize Procore and Bluebeam for documentation and reporting
• Represent the company professionally with clients and partners
