Superintendent - Ground Up Commercial Construction

• Supervise all aspects of ground up construction projects, from planning to execution.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subs to ensure project timelines and specifications are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on the job site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and adherence to quality standards.
• Manage the scheduling of labor and equipment to optimize productivity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the construction process.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, safety reports, and progress updates

• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, to provide updates and address concerns.
• Train and mentor site personnel on best practices and safety protocols.
