Superintendent - Ground Up Construction

• Supervise construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on site.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
• Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
• Ensure effective communication between team members and stakeholders.
• Oversee materials and equipment to ensure proper usage and minimize waste.
• Conduct regular site inspections and provide progress updates to management.
